Ashley Jones

Ashley Aubra Jones. Born September 3, 1976. Ashley Aubra Jones has been an American actor for more than 20 years. Her most well-known roles include playing Megan Dennison, on The Young and the Restless and Bridget Forrester, on The Bold and the Beautiful. Also, she played Daphne on True Blood, the HBO drama True Blood in its second season. Ashley Jones earned a Bachelor of Human Learning, K-8 in 1997 at the University of Tennessee at Martin. Within Maury County, she began teaching kindergarten and first grade Reading. In 1998 she married her UT Martin sweetheart Brent Jones and moved in Thompsons Station. Bethesda Elementary was where she began her first teaching in the fourth grade. Between 1999 and 2000, she was a teacher and completed her masters in Education degree from Trevecca Nazarene University. She quit the classroom in 2000 when they welcomed their son Baylor. Ashley was a 15-year volunteer for her church, community as well as children. Ashley was teacher and director at Thompson Station Church's Preschool and Students Ministry for the past 13 years. Ashley's children were homeschooled throughout the time she spent in her home. While they were homeschooling, the children were able to attend a tutoring session at which Ashley was a teacher of History in the Kindergarten class and the First Grade. She loved staying at home with her family and she loved to teach the children. But, God made it clear that the time was right for their family to return to full-time. Brent and Ashley have five kids. Silas Eliza Cruz are GCA students. Baylor a GCA grad plays baseball for the University of Tennessee Martin. Callan is a GCA Graduate who is attending Western Kentucky University. The family is extremely active and enjoys fishing, hunting, and cheering each other in sports.
